The Education Centre at Scunthorpe Hospital is located in Butterwick House, which can be accessed from the service road linking Cliff Gardens and Church Lane. Car parking As parking on-site is limited we encourage staff, patients and visitors to use our popular Park and Ride service or public transport where possible. There are 279 spaces for patients and visitors with three main car parks- two on the Church Lane side of the hospital and another in front of emergency centre / outpatients departments on the Cliff Gardens side. When you arrive on site you’ll see electronic signs directing you to a car park with available spaces. As you enter the car park take a ticket from the entrance barrier and park. Please keep your ticket with you and pay at the pay station on your way back to your car. Blue Badge holders need to request a ticket from the barrier using the help button, this then allows us to check your badge details and dispense a ticket which is programmed to our Disabled Tariff rate. Please make sure you bring change with you as our machines do not accept card payments. We do have a card payment option, if required, at the security and car park office which is located inside the emergency centre. |
