She later went on to work in a community health setting, gaining considerable experience in child protection, domestic abuse & health promotion and training of client and staff groups. Following recommendations resulting from this work, Sue went on to review & develop Child Protection Supervision services within a large Mental Health Trust, writing relevant policies, procedures and guidance for staff and delivering associated staff training.
