Lecturer profile | Nicky is probably better known to many as a paediatric dentist. She has over 30 years of clinical, academic and management experience both in Australia and the UK. She is currenlty Director of the Melbourne Cleft Service and a research fellow at the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute.She has held leadership roles in health and academic organisations including the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne and the universities of Melbourne, Sydney, Bristol and Plymouth. Based upon a philosoph of empowering others, Nicky has devlepoed highly effective teams in healthcare, research and teaching. Following successful completion of both her Grad Dip in coaching and Executie Coaching certification, Nicky is now an Associate Certfied member of the International Coach Federation. With over 400 individual coaching hours behind her, Nicky brings a wealth of experience, insights and networks to her coaching practice. She is employed by organisations in Australia, New Zealand and the UK, to support clinicians, scientists and academics in usingi coaching, mentoring and sponsorhip to promote sustainable and health professional environments. |
