Aims

To familiarise the FD with the philosophy of Foundation Training and information required to facilitate a productive training year within the individual schemes.

Objectives
  • To meet other FD's on the scheme.
  • To familiarise the FD with the local geography and in particular the scheme meeting venues
  • To introduce the FD to the TPD.
  • To understand the responsibilities of the FD, the TPD and the Training Practices.
  • To have the tools to get the most out of the training year.
  • To be able to log in a and use the EPDP.
  • To introduce the FD to working in Practice.
