What is Professionalism? We look at the general and specific principles of professionalism in dentistry; What is the Public Interest?; What are patient expectations and how can we always put the patient first?

Regulation of the Profession: what is the GDC and why do we have to be regulated? We present an overview of current patterns behind complaints and look at the outcomes of Fitness to Practise hearings.

Core Principles of Ethical Practice - an exploration of the current GDC standards documentation with real-life examples.

We explore how using reflective practice and putting the patient first can keep you out of trouble and help you to have a regret-free career.

Dilemmas – we explore current issues challenging the participants (these range from Customer Complaints to Scope of Practice and Direct Access).
