  • To revisit the aims and objectives of root canal therapy
  • To introduce the audience to rotary endo, thermal obturation and apex locators, looking at different systems available
  • To complete root canal treatment on plastic blocks, simulated teeth and real teeth
  • To discuss the current theory behind the best ways to restore the root filled tooth following successful enedodontics
Objectives

By the end of the course the delegates should;

  • Understand the principals of rotary endodontics
  • Be able to use a rotary endodontic system to prepare a simulated canal
  • Have had a chance to try apex locators and thermal obturation
  • Be able to discuss the best options for their patients teeth following successful root canal therapy
